Reiser Legal’s website took on a new face with a new banner announcing the arrival of its Builders Counsel Blog, located at www.BuildersCounsel.com.
The Builders Counsel will serve as a blog focused on the Washington construction industry. The blog will review, publicize and spark dialogue on a multitude of topics in Washington construction law, including legislation and regulation affecting builders, developers, subcontractors, tradesmen, suppliers, producers, insurers and sureties.
The blog takes a progressive approach to construction law. It will take aim on topics in green & sustainable building, public contracting, contractor security interests, liens, bonds, and contracting techniques. The goal is to assist contractors with their risk management needs.
Check back periodically. Since the launch coincides with the opening of Reiser Legal LLC, we are going through a lot of administration, but content is on its way!
